JOB DETAILS:
Sales Agents are responsible for identifying sales opportunities, growing our customer base and driving insurance sales through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- The Life Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, explain life insurance products, and recommend coverage options aligned with clients’ financial needs and long-term goals.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting financial plans, handling policy applications, and supporting clients through underwriting and policy issuance.
- The role also involves maintaining regular contact with policyholders, responding to inquiries, processing basic policy changes, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
- The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams and external insurance partners in order to meet sales and compliance targets in line with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- University Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Applicants should possess strong Sales skills with the ability to prospect, present, and close sales.
- Applicants should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse clients.
- A Professional insurance or financial planning certifications (COP) is an added advantage.
