Oversee the sales, service, and people, operations and business development within the branch, including profits and staff productivity

Roles and Duties
• Drive a service culture within the Branch and adherence to the Service standards
• Grow the balance sheet (assets and liabilities) as per set targets
• Drive a sales culture within the branch for all staff by allocating individual sales/campaign targets for the year
• Visit customers to manage relationships and retention while driving sales productivity
• Interpret branch financials and update the team on the Branch's performance on a monthly basis

• Bachelors degree in Business Studies or a related field from a recognized university
• At least three years in managerial or supervisory position
• At least 5 years experience in banking
