Description
The Graduate Trainee Business Development will support RENU’s sales and business growth initiatives within the research and education sector. The role involves conducting market research, identifying prospective members, generating and following up on sales leads, supporting the preparation of proposals, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective members.
Through practical experience and mentorship, the trainee will develop skills in understanding customer needs, communicating RENU’s services, and implementing sales strategies that contribute to membership and revenue growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Commerce from a RENU Member university.
- At least CGPA 4.0.
- Graduation year 2024 or 2025 (with certified academic transcript).
- At least one year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
