JOB DETAILS:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our business in this new market. This includes managing budgets, hiring and firing employees, reviewing performance, and evaluating staff. You will also be responsible for growing revenue and expanding our client base in this new market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in managing business operations. Additionally, you should have a strong network of clients and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the overall management and operations of our Experiential Marketing agency in the new market
2. Ensure that the agency is in compliance with local laws and regulations
3. Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency's revenue and client base
4. Manage budgets and financial reports
5. Hire, train, and supervise employees
6. Review and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and direction as needed
7. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
8. Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities
9. Attend client briefs, make proposals and engage the Tanzanian team and provide support for flawless execution.
