Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Representative will lead the acquisition and growth of organizations using SafeBoda’s fintech and payment solutions.The person should be commercially driven and will focus on identifying high-potential organizations with recurring payment needs, building relationships with decision-makers, developing commercial propositions, closing new business, and driving meaningful transaction volumes from acquired accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective B2B fintech customers.
- Prospect and engage decision-makers across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, IT, and related functions.
- Understand customer payment processes and develop tailored commercial solutions.
- Lead opportunities from prospecting through negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Consistently achieve agreed sales, revenue, and transaction-volume targets.
- Monitor customer transaction activity and identify opportunities to increase volumes.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across SafeBoda’s fintech products.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and proactively address retention risks.
- Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding, operational, and product issues.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, technology, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to medium and large organizations.
- Strong experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and develop strategic accounts.
