Job Scope: 

Reporting to the Senior Agency Training Officer, the Agency Training Officer will, under guidance, conduct monthly training sessions. Keep a running database of all the agents and the training they have gone through.

Principal Accountabilities: 

New Agents Onboarding 

• Carry out 3-day training for new agents every month. 

• Ensure all reports are submitted on time. 

Pru Academy 

• Coordinate the final panel sessions for all agents that have completed Pru Academy.

• Ensure all successful candidates get on the graduation list  

Coordinate information flow between the Team Personal Assistants and the entire training function. 

• Organize weekly meetings with PAs. 

• Carry out a quarterly needs analysis with PAs. 

• Train PA’s on basic skills 

Agency Meetings (Part Timers and Full Timers) 

• Draft the monthly meeting schedule and team rotation timetable. 

• Track attendance 

• Carry out quarterly online Feedback. 

• Attend Monthly team meetings. 

Other duties 

• Perform any other duties as may be required by Management

  

Core Competences Required:  

• Competent Computer skills, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel 

• Background in sales 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent organizational skills 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and activities. 

• Ability to successfully work in a high-activity, fast-paced environment. 

• University bachelor’s degree, or equivalent from a recognized University 

• 2-3 years working experience of which at least one is in a Training or Learning and on.
