About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Training & Development Manager to work in Uganda.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for training management of the National Employees, Expatriates and Contractor Employees
Key Roles and responsibilities:
Establish and continuously improve the training management system and the detailed procedures and process on the basis of local labour policy research and the company development planning.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Major: Human resources management, labor economics, psychology, or the related.
Experience:
At least 10-year related working experience including 5-year experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge HR management and practice.
Extensive knowledge of Training management.
In-depth understanding with the training standard being used in CNOOC.
Knowledge of SAP application
