Summary of Key Functions:
Ensuring the strategic direction of the Nature, Climate, Energy and Resilience programme
Ensuring effective management and delivery of the programme, and administrative/technical supervision of the Nature, Climate, Energy and Resilience Programme team
Developing strategic partnerships and supporting resource mobilization
Providing top quality policy advice services to the Government and facilitating knowledge building and management.
Master's degree Environmental Science, Rural Development, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience at the national or international level in project management, policy analysis/research and policy implementation coordination, monitoring and evaluation. Previous experience with a multilateral or international organization is helpful but not mandatory.
