Position : Human Resource & Administration Officer
Reports to : Director Finance and Administration
Responsible for : Corporate affairs Assistant;
Develop and maintain functional and efficient human resource
management and administration systems, processes and procedures.
Guide Management and staff on employment law and the employer's
own employment policies and procedures.
Support the management team to execute employee screening,
selection and interview processes where required.Education
Minimum of a Degree in Social sciences, Community Development Business
Studies or related field is desired
Community development. Livelihood empowerment. Training and research skills.
Administrative and coordination skills and motivational skills
1 year experience in implementing livelihood interventions and community
Open to change. Keen sense of ethics, integrity and commitment to NUDIPU's
mandate. Able to multitask. Ability to work under pressure. Team player with
positive attitude and flexible mind.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology,
Business Administration and a Post graduate qualification Human
• A Masters degree is an added advantage
• Conversant with people and performance management processes.
• Good experience of Office Administration
3 years experience in human resource and administrative duties in a busy
