Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Geology; or Geology and Chemistry; or Geology and Physics; or any Geoscience from a recognized University/Institution.
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Geologist for performing the following duties:-
– Reviewing exploration work plans and mine development plans accompanying applications for mineral rights;

– Conducting surveys and interpreting mine geological data;

– Carrying out geological research in mining projects;

– Investigating geologic factors that affect mine structures;

– Performing detailed geological risk analysis of proposed mine targets;
