Surveillance, Monitoring, and Evaluation Director – Proposal
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Support government and other key stakeholders to harvest best practices in program implementation to develop and disseminate appropriate communications messages and materials
Work closely with government counterparts and other local organizations to build capacity in data collection, reporting and use of data for programming and monitoring.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or higher in Statistics, Health Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
At least 5-7 years of senior-level experience in the design and management of public health M&E activities.
Ability to effectively manage M&E databases.Required Experience &
