Data and Population dynamics
Improve data availability, accessibility and analysis on population dynamics, SRHR and gender equality across the humanitarian-development nexus for evidence-based decision-making
Promote Demographic Dividend linkages in district planning processes within the various sectors
Prepare/update district population profiles and support data visualization at district level to support planning processes.
Ensure that district profiles are used in district planning processes across the humanitarian-development nexus
Conduct secondary data reviews/analysis (from literature and databases-HMIS, EMIS etc) and extract data for the key SRHR indicators to inform programing.
Analyze and produce appropriate trends, data visualizations, and information for feeding into the policy documents and publications.
B. Programme Coordination, Monitoring and Field Support
Ensure coordination of the Japanese supplementary budget project and other programmes supported by Japan.
Support the M&E focal points of the project to develop M&E plans for the project.Five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the field of development and population activities.
Significant work experience in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is preferred.
Experience in programme/ project management including experience in large multi-sector programmes.
Field experience is an asset.
Prior experience in the UN system is an asset.
