Monitoring & Evaluation/Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (M&E/CLA) Director, Kampala, Uganda
Lead efforts to develop a country-level learning agenda and continuously monitor progress towards learning agenda objectives
Develop clear mechanisms for communicating/disseminating UHSS Activity monitoring data including feedback loops for adaptation
Support mid-course corrective measures and/or modifications during Activity implementation
Conduct regular reflections on performance against the work plan and monitor the achievement of AMELP objectives and propose corrective actions as appropriate
Facilitate trainings for staff, implementing partners, and grantees on M&E and CLA approaches
A master's degree or higher in strategic information-related areas including applied research, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, public health, statistics or related field
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in M&E, CLA, knowledge management and strategic information.
Prior experience with working with USAID funded projects, preferably in a team lead or Director position
Prior experience or familiarity with health or health systems programming. Experience with PEPFAR funding programs is an added advantage.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent editorial ability in English is an added advantage.
