Local Capacity Development Advisor
Description
Supervise long- and short-term staff engaged in local capacity development tasks for the activity.
Lead the integration of UHA's capacity development tools and approaches into program activities to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
Support regional referral hospitals, local implementing partners,and CBOs through in-person and remote mentoring, training and knowledge transfer around key organizational development areas.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief of Party.
Requirements
Master's or advanced degree in business management, organizational behavior, public health, or international development,
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible professional experience in program/project development, and implementation in a developing country context, preferably with USAID projects.
Strong experience in capacity development, including organizational capacity development, designing diagnostic tools, facilitating capacity development action plans, and designing effective capacity development interventions highly preferred.
