Communications Group to review documents and coordinate the final production of publications. 7. Work closely with USAID and implementing partners to implement communication priorities and activities. 8. Ensure that all communications comply with the relevant USAID branding and marking requirements and review and approval processes. 9. Conduct data visualization/ graphic design trainings for project staff and partners. 10. Provide administrative assistance and support the identification of technical resources.

Participate in the development and implementation of the stakeholder engagement, communication and knowledge management plan (40%) 1. Contribute to knowledge management, learning and adaptation activities including effective donor reporting. 2. Assist in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project interventions 3. Support the update of the Pharmaceutical Information Portal website content. 4. Support the project's monitoring and evaluation efforts.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in communication, graphic design, marketing, journalism, international development studies, or related education.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Required: 4-6 years professional work experience in communication, graphic design, knowledge management, photography/videography, or similar field.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1. Strong writing skills, with ability to convey complex technical information in clear, compelling language without technical jargon. 2. Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images. 3. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office and G Suite, online platforms and social media. 4. Proven experience of photography and videography skills. 5. Experience in the production of print and digital knowledge products and dissemination strategies. 6. Experience with international development and the health sector, desirable.
