The Alliance of Mayors and Municipal Leaders’ Initiative for Community Action on Health and HIV at the Local Level (AMICAALL) is an African Mayors and other Urban Leaders‘ association formed to support sustainable solutions to urban Health challenges in Cities, Municipalities and Town Councils. AMICAALL is seeking to recruit:

Reporting: Chairman- Alliance Executive Council (Board)
Duty Station: Kampala .

Job Description:
To provide overall strategic leadership and management of AMICAALL Uganda Programme, so as to ensure the attainment of the organization's strategic goals and accomplishment of its mission. As the overall head of the Programme, the Officer will be responsible for managing technical and administrative functions of the Programme, including the supervision of all staff of the Programme.
Provide leadership, direction, administration and management of all aspects of AMICAALL, including development and implementation of policies and procedures, Programme coordination evaluation and documentation, as well as networking and partnerships at all levels, particularly at the urban local government level.
