Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership, assistance, and capacity building for application of quality improvement methods across the project's thematic areas and levels, strengthening integrated service delivery.
Support the project and district teams to design, implement, monitor, and document the results from improvement collaboratives for the different thematic areas through training, coaching and experiential learning exchange activities.
Identify and appropriately address QI capacity building needs at project, Regional, District, Health facility and community levels.
Provide technical oversight for strengthening the functionality of QI teams at all levels in accordance with the Health Sector QI Framework and strategic plan.
