Description

Coordinate bi-annual health facility performance assessments and client satisfaction surveys using the MOH and USG tools; and utilization of findings for improvement.
Develop, implement and track annual, quarterly and monthly QI activity workplans and budgets, working closely with the supervisor and other team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Nursing and a master's degree in Public Health, or related field.
At least 5 years' experience in implementing Quality Improvement collaboratives; providing technical assistance to project, District and facility-based Quality Improvement teams.
Proven skills in supervision, planning, and management
