4 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
ROLE BRIEF
The Territory Business Lead will be responsible for:
- Driving sales performance within the assigned region.
- Onboarding new shops onto the Onfon Mobile platform.
- Recruiting, training, and managing Brand Ambassadors and Dealers.
- Growing the Onfon Mobile brand presence within the region.
- Coordinating and supporting after-sales services.
- Managing Dealer and OEM relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field – A MUST.
- At least 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team is highly desired
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
