JOB DETAILS:
Kinyara Sugar Limited, Situated on Plot 31, Block 9 & 10, Bujenje, Masindi a manufacturer of quality mill light brown & brown sugar invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in its Agricultural workshop and Agriculture Departments.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for liaison and technical guidance with outgrower farmers, ensuring that farmers' cane planting and supply meet factory requirements.
Visit farmers regularly to understand planting situations and provide guidance on cultivation techniques.
Check the quality and maturity of farmers' cane, and arrange harvest plans.
Coordinate the resolution of issues during the cane delivery process by farmers.
Publicize the company's policies and regulations to farmers, and maintain cooperative relationships.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
