JOB DETAILS:
A well-established automotive distribution company in Uganda, specialising in the distribution and sale of motorcycles, genuine spare parts and related accessories. The company operates through an extensive dealer network across the country, with a strong focus on product quality, customer satisfaction, after-sales support and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, set quotas, and create sales processes.
- Implement company marketing plans and drive regional sales and performance goals.
- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate Dealer sales staff.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, report to management, and adjust strategies for improvement.
- Ensure Dealers meet Bajaj and Verma Co corporate standards at all times with regard to stocking, pricing and branding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and completely understand their needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product/pricing strategies.
- Work with marketing and other departments to align regional efforts with company-wide goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to assess their performance against the set performance metrics.
- Conduct marketing activities to create product awareness by creating customers, collecting feedback and responding to customer queries.
Qualifications
A good university degree – professional qualification in sales and marketing is an added advantage.

At least 5 years managing Dealer/ Distributor Networks preferably form FMCG, Telecom
