In this role the Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting project implementation, ensuring quality and results. They will;
Lead the overall implementation of the UPR project and other advocacy initiatives;
Education, Experience, Skills & Technical Competencies.
The applicant must posses A Bachelors' Degree in Law or Human Rights with a specialty in Regional and International Human Rights Mechanisms; (S)he must have atleast two (2) years experience in human rights practice, CSO shadow reporting and access to justice programming; Experience implementing humanitarian and development programming using the rights-based approaches; experience working with the Local Government, specifically coordinating and liaising with Justice Law and Order Sectors in the District; Experience from working in complex contexts and with the vulnerable groups in the local settings;
