3. The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Manager PDU at the address in (2) above.
4. Bidders are advised to visit http://www.ura.go.ug , process a Payment Registration Slip and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= to the banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.

Note: Bidders who had previously paid and participated in the tender process do not need to pay again however, they must submit a letter expressing interest to participate in the re-tender process and proof of payment for the previous tender.
