Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced SAP-4 & MDM System Advisor for one of our clients CNOOC Uganda Limited.
Location: Kampala, Lake Albert production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.
Primary function:
To implement daily management of SAP-4 system, maintain and upgrade CNOOC MDM Data, apply for and input stock code and BOM, develop routine reports in SAP-4 system, and train SAP-4 & MDM management teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare standardized documentation of relevant functional specification document, testing document, training, user manual etc.
2. Independently complete and maintain SAP-4 & MDM module and CNOOC MDM daily operation, updates system management master data, solve problems, and train coworkers and operators.
3. Responsible for SAP-4 configuration required in SAP-4 applications including MDM & Procure to Pay Modules.
4. Operate and maintain SAP-4 & MDM system cutover and go-live procedure including configuration, initial stock upload, initial document upload.
5. Master knowledge of whole process of SAP-4 Procure to Pay, System Management and Inventory Management processes, hands on experience in configuration of P2P and IM processes.
6. Check the creation application sheet of BOM and Routing and create BOM and Routing in SAP-4.
7. Receive and issue-out goods in SAP-4 according to arrangement.
8. Develop and output routine MDM reports in order to ensure data maintained in SAP-4 meet company operation needs.
9. Control/store/preserve Inventory and Equipment as per industry standards and operational requirements.
10. Capture all transaction in Excel Sheet and SAP-4 system and report accordingly to superiors.
11. Complete and submit weekly/monthly Inventory Report to Management and CI HQ.
12. Maintain server, laptops and printers; make sure all equipment in good conditions.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Management Information Systems, Logistics Management or related.
2. At least 8-years similar experience, 5 years in Oil and Gas.
3. Experience in MDM module day-to-day operation, master data maintenance, trouble shooting and training with strong SAP-4 configuration experience required in SAP-4 applications including MDM & Procure to Pay Modules.
4. Experienced in SAP-4 & MDM system cutover and go-live procedure including configuration, initial stock upload, initial document upload
5. Experienced in MDM FICO module integration
6. Detailed knowledge of SAP-4 Procure to Pay, Materials Management and Inventory Management processes, hands on experience in configuration of P2P and IM processes.
Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of ERP and MIS required.
2. Certificates in SAP-4, Maximo, Plant Utilization, IOSH, stores management, lifting plans, drilling technology among others preferred.
3. Understanding of oil E&P.
