Job Summary Lafab Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Data Entry Administrator to support data management operations within the company’s digital systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and entering data from different sources into the company platform with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence tools and systems.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology, digital systems, online research, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into the company’s online systems
- Collect information from different online and offline sources for system input
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to assist in data collection, organization, and processing
- Verify accuracy and completeness of entered information
- Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality
- Conduct online research to gather required information
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
- Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by supervisors
- Generate basic reports when required
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Business Computing
- Statistics
- Business Administration
- Or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good computer skills and ability to work with online systems
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and digital platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet usage)
