JOB DETAILS:
REQUIRED
1. Able to oversee operations of the Apartment.
2. Ensure full compliance to Apartments SOP's.
3. Able to Lead all key property issues and Handle complaints.
4. Able to prepare monthly reports and present them when required.
5. Able to coordinate with all HOD's for the execution of all activities.
6. Able to oversee and manage all departments, working closely with all HODs daily.
7. Able to provide effective leadership.
