Head of Performance and Reporting job at Q-Sourcing

Background

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client Total Energies, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Head of Performance and Reporting to work in Kampala.

Roles & Responsibilities

At all times the job holder will:

• Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming performance bottlenecks and improvements.
• Identify performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership. Manage and track the implementation
• Perform spot analysis on low performing activities
• Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs.
• Implement and run the communication of KPIs across the organization.
• Drive strategic alignment process and tracking for RADAR projects.
• Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organization and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives
• Support audits and support translation to performance improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum BSc Hons Degree in Engineering disciplines in the industrial context.
• At least 5years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Proficient in the areas of performance and efficiency.
• Strong experience in working in fast pace, evolving.
• Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment.
• Self-starter, open minded and excellent communication skills.
