Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Geology; or Engineering; or Mineral Economics; or Mineral Law; or Mine Surveying; or Geoscience from a recognized University/Institution.
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Engineer, Mining for performing the following duties:-
– Updating the Mining Cadastre and Registry System and e-government portal;

– Verifying and capturing information on payment of mineral fees;

– Participating in the review of applications for mineral rights and licences;

– Participating in the preparation of division annual, mineral investment and technical reports;
