Employee Engagement Associate
Description
Content Development; draft compelling content across all internal communication channels including, emails, e-newsletters and Internal announcements.
Support Internal Storytelling opportunities (Employee profiling, Awards and Recognition)
Create and deliver high quality creative communication (Visual, graphic design) material/content through your own work and working through others in the team.
Support other departments in hyping up their announcements/communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Communications and PR; Business Operations.....
2+ years of experience in Internal Communication/People Operations Teams.
Preferred experience in supporting the development of engagement campaigns from ground up.
Experience of creating impactful multimedia content including using programs such as canva and in-design.
Experience in working as part of a creative team; briefing and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver work programs across different areas of responsibility.
