JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Runs the fragrance counter and luggage/leather goods area, both high-value, low-frequency categories requiring product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver knowledgeable fragrance consultations (families of scent, longevity, occasion-matching) rather than generic pitching.
- Maintain fragrance testers, hygiene and stock rotation; manage breakages/spoilage records.
- Present and sell luggage and leather goods with attention to craftsmanship detail, care instructions and warranty terms
- Handle gift-purchase service (wrapping, gift receipts) for both categories.
- Keep high-value stock secured and accurately counted given shrinkage risk in this category.
Requirements & Profile:
- Retail experience in fragrance, accessories or luxury goods preferred
- Meticulous, well-presented, confident with high-spend customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Section sales vs. target across fragrance and luggage/leather.
- Shrinkage rate on high-value stock, tracked against the loss-prevention log.
- Gift-service and attach-rate performance (complementary items)
