The ME&L advisor will support the MDF expert to develop M&E tools to verify the results as will be elaborated under the MDF manual.
A minimum of a master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from a recognised institution.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation of programmes in areas of sustainable markets development, youth in agriculture, energy efficient solutions, and agribusiness finance.

Good understanding of Statistical data analysis applications.
