Technical Expert
Working towards the implementation of the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework (CRRF) on local level with the district local governments
Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of local government annual work and budget plans mainstreaming refugee needs, local economic development and other cross-cutting issues
Developing and implementing capacity building workshops for district local governments to optimize processes and workflows
Setting up community dialogues with local governments, refugee representatives and cultural leaders.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent in any of the fields: economics, administration, organizational development, political sciences, international development, geography, social or natural sciences or similar
Professional experience in the fields of local economic development, local governance, and/or organizational development
Experienced and interested in supporting institutions with change processes
