Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Heading the human resource function;
Coordinating staff training and development programmes.
Coordinating the preparation of schemes of service and job description.6. Interpreting aspects of the human resource policies, rules and regulations and
providing advice for implementation.
Advising staff on matters relating to terms and conditions of service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in either Human Resource Management or Social
Sciences or Social Work and Social Administration or Public Administration and Management or Business Studies/Administration/Commerce (Management/ HRM Option) or Arts or Development Studies or any other relevant qualification with HRM/Personnel Management as one of the course units from a recognized University/Institution.

A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized
University/Institution.
