Recovery Officer

Description

Liaise with the local administration to facilitate recovery of the amount outstanding and or products from non-responsive clients
Capture customer complaints and escalate to relevant teams. cvbVa4X Dmtnfq
Resolve all customer complaints identified by the call center collections and other team members.
Any other role that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Skillsets

Ability to evaluate and understand the emotional state of the client and manage their own emotions in order to exercise the right social skills.
Demonstrated the knowledge and ability to be adaptable.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
The ability to write reports
Ability to apply communication skills to negotiate for full payment or a payment plan
Time management Skills
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of a diploma/undergraduate or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Computer knowledge.
Negotiation/debt collection skills.
