1. Support the Programme Coordinator in the implementation and management of the Spotlight programme in Uganda
Convene scheduled coherence meetings of the Spotlight, including the Core Management Team, Pillar Coordination Meetings, and the Civil Society National Reference Group and report on outputs
Support the Spotlight programme Coordinator with technical advice and innovative approaches and coordinate with other UN agencies, government departments, donors and NGOs to ensure Spotlight programme is harmonized and aligned with other in-country efforts.
Education and certification:
Master’s degree or equivalent in public administration, law, human rights, gender equality, management, social sciences or other related areas is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
A project/programme management certification would be an added advantage.
