Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement progressive policies, procedures and plans relating to Human Resource, and Staff Development according to good human resource practices.
Formulate employment policy to guide the
process of selecting human resource.

Identify labour relations issues within the
Company and determine resolutions to deal
with them where possible or recommend to
Management for decision making.

Qualifi cations:

Master’s Degree in either of the following
disciplines – Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or Management from a reputable Institution of Learning is a must.
University Degree with Honours either of
the following disciplines – Human Resource
