Human Resources Officer (HR Business Partner)
JOB PURPOSE
To support the delivery of a professional, client-focused HR services, partnering with managers to implement HR solutions in line with WFP corporate priorities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
Analyse, monitor, adapt and respond to a variety of complex internal and external queries related to HR policies, rules and regulations in order to provide guidance to managers and staff to ensure business process efficiency and successful adaptation of recommended practices in alignment with wider WFP policies;
Initiate, coordinate and rolls-out all HR internal communication messages;
Prepare and provide accurate information, collating & analysing data and producing clear, insightful and meaningful reports;
Manage the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organization works;
Manage the talent acquisition process for positions based in the Area/Field offices, in liaison with HR team in the Country Office;
Education
A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organisational Psychology or any other related fields, obtained from a recognized university.
Experience
At least five (5) years working experience in human resources operations.
Knowledge & Skills
Good command of oral and written English is essential.
