Job Summary
Review insurance claims filed by policyholders, advise on the necessary documentation and ensure all valid claims are paid in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Diploma in Insurance
Experience
- Experience in life claims processing.
- At least four years’ experience
The role focuses on handling ordinary life claims from policyholders. The Senior Associate reviews submitted claim information, provides guidance on the documentation needed to support claims, and helps ensure that valid claims are processed and paid promptly.
